What payments are accepted?
We accept Paypal and USPS money orders.

When will my order ship?
We ship your product(s) via USPS for prompt delivery and process orders within one business day after payment (Paypal) has been received. We will provide a delivery confirmation number for tracking your order. Please allow 5-10 business days for payments made with USPS money orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we will ship International orders via USPS First-Class Mail International given that the shipment does not exceed the current weight limit imposed by the carrier for the shipping service. Any parcels that exceed the maximum limit must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail/Express International. Please note that tracking information may or may not be available once the shipment leaves the United States. IMPORTANT - DC Replicas will not be held accountable for any damaged or lost item(s) during transit if shipping insurance is not requested or purchased (USPS Priority Mail Express International with insurance is highly recommended). Additionally, International shipments may incur customs fees, duties/tariffs, and/or taxes for the parcel and the recipient will be required to pay any additional charges, if presented. International buyers will need to contact us for a shipping estimate as delivery costs reflected within the store are for United States orders only.

Do you offer combined shipping for multiple purchases?
Yes, we will combine shipping costs for multiple purchases. Delivery cost will be adjusted accordingly based upon the number of items purchased, net weight, and size of parcel.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we will accept returns provided that any item described in our listings has been grossly misrepresented. A complete refund will be provided excluding return shipping cost. All returns must be shipped back in original condition as listed/documented within 5-7 business days after the shipment was delivered.

Will you consider reasonable price offers and/or discounts?
Yes, we will consider reasonable offers on items. We will also offer discounts for large orders. Please contact us for more details.

What is the condition of the products?
Item(s) sold are listed as NEW and FACTORY SEALED unless otherwise specified within the description. Note that the package/die-cast may contain imperfections, e.g., dust, lint, scratches, blemishes, etc., so be certain to check photo(s) for overall condition. Please ask any questions before placing an order and a response will be returned as soon as possible.

What if my shipment is damaged or lost by the shipping carrier?
The shipping carrier may potentially damage or lose parcels due to improper handling or through errors, respectively. If insurance was not requested or purchased by the buyer and, assuming no seller oversight, we will not be held liable for any parcels (accepted by the shipping carrier) which have been damaged or lost during transit. Any purchases made through our eCrater store will be considered as a legal binding agreement with the understanding of the aforementioned. Additionally, any attempt to submit fraudulent claims against the business will be processed immediately to the fullest extent of the law.

How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order, simply contact us directly. Please note that transaction fees associated with any canceled orders will no longer be refunded due to PayPal policy changes.
